When Factor Bikes reached out to collaborate on frame bags for the new Factor Sarana, the goal was simple: create a bag system that felt fully integrated with the bike rather than added on afterward.
Using our Slim Frame and Top Tube Packs as the foundation—the narrowest frame bags on the market—we reshaped the bags around each size of the Sarana and bolted them directly to the frame instead of relying on straps. The result is a storage system that maximizes usable space while remaining slim, stable, and visually clean.
The bags disappear beneath the rider while still carrying tools, nutrition, layers, and essential gear. Their narrow profile helps avoid knee rub, while carefully placed structure in the upper and lower panels helps the bags maintain their shape while riding.
The system was designed around the idea of Speedpacking: carrying only what matters for long rides without sacrificing the fast, responsive ride feel of the Sarana. They’re equally suited to fast overnighters as they are to big gravel events like the recent Traka and the upcoming Unbound Gravel.
Material selection was equally important. Like the rest of the Speedpack Collection, the bags use durable waterproof-coated fabrics, YKK zippers, and welded seams for weather resistance and long-term durability.
