We understand that sometimes circumstances change or products may not meet your expectations. You may request an exchange or return of your item(s) within 30 days from the delivery date, as indicated by the shipment tracking.

Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange or return, the item(s) must be unused and in their original condition, including packaging.

Costs and Fees: As a small business, we strive to provide the best service possible while managing our resources responsibly. However, there are certain costs associated with processing exchanges, returns, or cancellations that we cannot absorb entirely. These fees are necessary for us to maintain our operations and continue offering quality products and services. We appreciate your understanding and assure you that we aim to keep these fees as reasonable as possible while still covering our operational expenses.

Please be aware of the following:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the refund.
  • A 5% processing fee applies to returns and cancellations.

We encourage you to research all aspects of your purchase prior to purchasing in order to avoid going through a return. Please double check your bicycle's compatibility and measurements to make sure the items you are ordering will fit your bicycle. If you have any questions, please email!

Exchanges: To exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. If the requested item is in stock, it will be shipped within 7 days after receiving the original item.

If the cost of the exchanged item is lower than the original, we will refund the price difference. Conversely, if the cost is higher, we'll send an invoice to cover the additional amount. In some instances, you will need to cover the shipping for the exchanged item and we'll send an invoice for it if needed.

Returns: For returns, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. A 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund, and original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Cancellations: Cancellations can be requested before the item is shipped (which is usually 0-3 days after the order date). A 5% processing fee applies to cancelled orders. An order that has been shipped cannot be cancelled and will have to be treated as a return.

Refund Information: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days, minus any applicable fees or shipping costs.

Defects: If you discover a defect within 30 days of receiving your item, please contact us. If the defect is our responsibility, we'll exchange the item and cover shipping costs.

Gifts: Gift returns will be refunded with a gift certificate or credited back to the original purchaser.

Shipping: Upon contacting us, we'll provide a trackable return shipping label. Alternatively, you may arrange your own return shipping. Please ensure items are securely packaged; we're not responsible for damage during transit.
