Returns, Exchanges, Refunds

RETURNS
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a refund or exchange. Our policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date of your item(s) according to the shipment tracking associated with the item.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send the item(s) back to the shipper before emailing us. Email returns@postcarry.co to begin the return process.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note the shipping cost included in the original order, if any, will not be refunded.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@postcarry.co.

DEFECTS
We stand by each and every product that we ship to our customers. Being highly involved in the production process allows us to individually inspect every unit before they leave the production facility. If, for some reason, a defect missed our eyes, please email us (returns@postcarry.co) with a description of the defect within 30 days of receiving the item and we’ll exchange the item and cover the shipping costs.

EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange your item, send us an email (returns@postcarry.co). An exchanged item will be shipped within 1-3 days after the original item is received by us, depending on stock. The time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

SALE ITEMS
Sale items will be refunded at the price sold.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

RETURN SHIPPING
After emailing us, we will offer a trackable return service shipping label or you may opt to pay for your own shipping costs for returning the item(s). Using the shipping label we offer, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please ensure that the item(s) being returned are adequately protected for the shipment and the packaging is fully sealed and closed prior to the shipment. We are not responsible for damage incurred to the item(s) during return transit. If for any reason you do not have the original packaging, you are responsible for locating and using an adequate package or container for the return shipment. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
